With Halloween over, it’s time to see who had the best costume for this year's Halloween. Students were asked a variety of questions about who they thought had the best Halloween costume.
Many students from different grades were shown costumes that people at the school dressed up as. They were asked who do you think had the best costume this year? There were many people selected but a few names came more than others.
11th grade student Santiago Esparza was a name that came up quite a lot with many students saying “ His costume was funny and little kids wanted to take pictures with him.” 11th grade student Jancy Baguhin stated, “ Santiago’s costume stood out the most compared to other costumes.” Santiago Esparza was a skeleton character from the game Fall Guys. When asked why he chose his costume, he stated, “I thought the way the costume looked was funny and I like the game.”
11th grade student Sysco Vela's name came up quite a lot as mostly from the juniors who thought his costume fit with the vibe of Halloween and how the mask matched with the gloves. 11th grade student Brehima Traore stated that, “I liked the vibe of Sysco’s costume.” Sysco stated that he chose this costume because he initially wanted to be Riley from the show “Boondocks” but his hairstylist canceled at the last minute. He got this costume from his friend after he had to find a last minute costume to wear.

11th grade student Zakk Uytingban Costume was rapper A$AP Rocky. Zakk's costume was a student favorite with many students calling his costume underrated, and cool. 10th grade student Dean Kuch stated that “ Zakk’s costume looked very alike with A$AP Rocky.” Zakk Uytingban was asked about his costume and the background behind it he said “ I decided to go with this costume because I like A$AP Rocky’s style and his music.” He made this costume with a different variety of clothes.
